Q: Needs 2 measurements please: inside to inside of legs, and bottom of tray to floor. Trying to see if a pair of shoes will fit under the stand. Thanks!

Inside dimensions are 9.45" x 9.45" Distance from bottom of tray going down to the floor is 2.76"

Mine is 11" square, 27" tall, and 3" clearance from the floor for space underneath. I have no idea what they were measuring!

Q: What metal is the drip pan made of, Aluminum? Is it rust proof? Is the drip pan removable?

The drip pan is a galvanized metal, so rust resistant. I use mine to hold big golf umbrellas for walking my dog. It has been wet, very often, and there is no rust. Yes, the drip pan is removable. I love the looks and function of the stand.
