Excellent pasta for making Rice pilaf

Throw in 2 nests and medium boil for a few minutes while lifting up and down straightening it out and you can eat w/o pasta sauce it's that good!!!!

I like the size, and taste. I can’t find nests in stores, so finding them online is great. I can’t eat regular spaghetti because since a kid, it looked like worms—crazy, but true!

My husband loves angel hair, and I try to prepare it for him whenever I make an appropriate sauce. These De Cecco nests are excellent. Because they are formed into nests instead of dry, straight pieces, they are a little more difficult to separate while cooking, especially since you only have a couple of minutes, but they are worth it. The strands are thinner than the Barilla angel hair I used before them. If you have never before cooked angel hair, note that it cooks in almost no time. Love these pasta 'wheels' as each one is one serving. Great when some like angel hair and some don't - I cook two kinds of pasta each time so this is perfect for that...plus you just bring the water to a boil, drop in the 'wheel', stir it, put a lid on and remove from heat for 5 min and it's done!

This thin angel hair pasta should never be shipped in an envelope. Arrived damaged and nearly unusable. Cannot recommend buying from Amazon. It’s often difficult to find locally, but will do without if necessary.
